CDM Constructors Inc. is soliciting bids from qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers for the LEE LAKES WELLHEAD FACILITIES (WORK ORDER #75937).
We encourage DBE, MBE, WBE and all other minority and disadvantaged businesses and interested parties to provide a proposal.
The Project is located at 13600 Highway 71, Corona, CA 92881.

CDM Constructors Inc. (CCI) is currently screening Suppliers and Subcontractors for the purpose of
establishing a bid list for Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District and Lee Lake Wellhead Facilities
Project.
The scope of work includes:
1. Site work and preparation including clearing and grubbing.
2. Demolition including removal of remnants located at the site consisting of concrete
demolition and removal, removal of fencing and associated posts.
3. Well equipping including installation of one (1) 40 HP vertical turbine well pump and one
(1) 20 HP vertical turbine well pump each equipped with a VFD (VFDs will be Ownerfurnished, Contractor installed and tested).
4. Installation of well pump discharge piping, deep well pump control valve, static mixers,
appurtenant valves, and metering.
5. Construction and installation of two (2) sand separators and appurtenant valves, piping
and sand pit.
6. Installation of three (3) 40 HP vertical turbine pumps booster pumps and associated
piping, valves and appurtenances. Each pump should be equipped with a VFD (VFDs will
be Owner-furnished, Contractor installed and tested).
7. Installation of yard piping including process piping, overflow and backwash piping, valves,
metering, and concrete air gap structures.
8. Installation of an aboveground welded steel baffled Chlorine Contact Tank with
corrosion/cathodic protection (minimum of 37,310 gallons of disinfection volume) with
associated piping and appurtenances.
9. Installation of a PFAS treatment system, including two (2) bag filters, two (2) GAC vessels
in a lead-lag configuration, and associated piping, valves and appurtenances.
10. Installation of a GAC backwash system, including a 50,000-gallon backwash storage tank
with corrosion/cathodic protection, two backwash pumps and associated piping, valves
and appurtenances.
11. Construction of CMU mechanical building approximately 2,400 SF mechanical building
with 5 rooms/areas (booster pump room, ammonia room, sodium hypochlorite room,
electrical room, and operator/lab room).

12. Installation of building mechanical, including but not limited to HVAC systems.
13. Installation of chlorine disinfection systems, including but not limited to a 490-gallon
sodium hypochlorite tank, two (2) sodium hypochlorite pumps and skid, two (2) sample
pumps and chemical analyzers.
14. Installation of ammonia disinfection systems, including but not limited to a 160-gallon
ammonia storage tank, and two (2) ammonia pumps and skid, two (2) sample pumps and
chemical analyzers.
15. Procurement (no installation) of three (3) free chlorine and one (1) total chlorine
amperometric residual analyzers with controllers.
16. Installation of two (2) 10,000-gallon analyzer, lab sink and Chlorine Contact Tank (CCT)
overflow waste collection tank and associated piping, valves and appurtenances.
17. Installation of mechanical piping/plumbing, including, but not limited to, potable water
service meter and piping, backflow preventers, emergency eyewash/shower, hose bibbs,
floor drains and drain piping, etc.
18. Connection of finished water pipeline to existing 36-inch Temescal Valley Pipeline (TVP) in
Temescal Canyon.
19. Construction of site improvements and storm drainage, including but not limited to site
fencing, manual and motorized swing gates, grading, paving, yard drainage catch basins,
infiltration basin and storm drain piping.
20. Construction of an infiltration basin.
21. Installation of all electrical, including but not limited to SCE electrical transformer pad,
associated service conduits and other electrical service requirements in coordination with
SCE.
22. Installation of site security.
23. Installation of all instrumentation and controls. PLC programming only to be completed by
Systems Integrated. Overall site to be integrated by Contractor.
24. Commissioning, start-up, testing, demonstration and training.
