The project consists of reconstruction of Leisure Town Road from Elmira Road to south side of Ulatis Creek from the existing two lane road configuration to a four lane divided arterial with landscaped center median and linear parkway along the western limit. At our discretion, 100% Payment and Performance bonds may be required as a subcontract condition.
