Plans, specifications, and any other pertinent bidding documents will be available electronically on the Building Connected Website the week of February 6, 2023. Contact John Proctor at our office number above to be added to the Building Connected solicitation for the project.

Construction is scheduled to begin March 2024.

A pre-bid meeting & job walk is tentatively scheduled for February 13, 2024 at the project site.

100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required for amounts over $100,000. Any subcontractor that cannot provide Payment and Performance Bonds for this project can contact our office at 925-494-9700 to discuss available options. Workers’ Compensation and Waiver of Subrogation will be required by all Subcontractors.
