On-Call Right of Way Acquisition Services

It will be necessary to provide right of way acquisition services required to complete construction projects for each task order issued. We will assist the City in determining the best method for acquisition (e.g., easement dedication, partial fee simple) for the project. Appraisal and appraisal review services will be required for acquisition support. Experience providing services for federally funded projects and a clear understanding of requirements/needs to facilitate the project through Caltrans Local Assistance and Local Assistance Procedures Manual is required.

Please provide scope and fees for the following:
• Waiver Valuations.
• Acquisition Services.
I have included the Sample Cost Proposal form to use to submit your fees.
