REI is seeking subcontractor and supplier quotes for the Riverview Apartments - Tod Demo project in Warren, OH. Project is subject to State of OH prevailing wages. The project scope entails the demolition of the Riverview Apartments building, electrical and utility rework, paving, and fencing.

Possible subcontracting trades include explosive demolition, electrical, plumbing, paving, and permanent fencing. Possible suppliers/vendors include equipment rental, trucking, and construction materials.

REI is non-union and accepts proposals from both union and non-union contractors. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
