Stalco is submitting a bid to the City of Long Beach DPW for the Emile Francis Memorial Ice Arena Toilet Room Renovation and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE & WBE subcontractors to provide quotes.

There is a Prevailing Wage project with an Apprenticeship requirement.

The Project consists of Interior fit out and various Exterior improvements at the Toilet rooms at the Ice Arena, including but not limited to improvement of the following: new walls new doors new ceiling assemblies, new lighting, new toilet room fixture, new accessories, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new ADA compliant toilet rooms, and other modifications
