Work for the renovation of existing fabrication lab, includes but not limited to, selective demolition work, installation of interior movable partitions and finishes, structural steel supports for new equipment, new electrical work and telecom, new mechanical work which includes installation of new VRF system and associated controls to tie-in the existing BMS, plumbing work and installation/relocation of sprinkler heads.
