R & R Horn, Inc. is currently seeking quotes for the above listed project that includes grinding 2-inches of existing pavement, installing asphalt with 2-inches of compacted thickness, and striping. Trades sought include: Striping & Asphalt Grinding. This is a public works project and prevailing wage rates apply. This project has a 3% DVBE participation goal.
