We are requesting bids for the following trades: Demolition, Grading & Paving, and Concrete work.
This project consist of: Remove and replace interior apparatus bay, front driveway, and portion of front sidewalk at Fire Station #14 in Martinez.

Any help you can provide in helping us to reach these contractors will be appreciated.
All Subcontractors should be prepared to provide a 100% performance & payment bond from an approved single, US Treasury-listed Surety company, subject to Aztec's approval. Aztec will reimburse Subcontractors for bond premium rates up to 1.75%.
The decision to bond any subcontractor is at the sole discretion of Aztec Consultants. Subcontractors awarded any modifications. Please contact Aztec for insurance requirements or any other assistance before submitting bids.
