Stalco is submitting a bid to the NYS Department of Parks & Recreation for the Construction of New Maintenance & Operations Facilities, Storage & Equipment Shed at Planting Fields Arboretum State Historic Park project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes.

General Construction Contract D006194 - Work includes Demolition of "Pigeon House" (2056sf), "Maintenance Workshop" (1044sf), "Cellar" (522sf), and Open Shed (950sf). Construction of two buildings: a "Maintenance and Operations" (8104sf) building and a (2916sf) Equipment Shed. This work also encompasses all utility site work and trenching, relocation of a "Waste Oil Tank", a (400sf) sand storage concrete pad, and new parking.
