We are looking for demo, fencing, underground utilities, concrete, roofing, sheet metal, glazing, drywall, painting, acoustical ceiling, plastering, tiling, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage, and fire alarm contractors. We are also looking for suppliers for doors and hardware, tackboards, and signage. The general scope of work is demo of certain site improvements, upgrades to existing path of travel, renovation of existing buildings including toilet accessibility upgrades, HVAC replacement, new gates and fencing, and associated site work to the Bard Blades School. This bid requires DVBE efforts.

All contractors must have an active registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. All Subcontractors with a Bid greater than $100,000.00 will be required to provide a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond if awarded a subcontract by VCSI. All subcontractors must provide insurance with coverage equal to or greater than those shown on, upon request, VCSI's sample certificate of insurance with VCSI and City of Plymouth listed as additional insured.
