The structure includes solar carports on the roof level and EV parking stalls. Site improvements include landscape, driveways, bike baths, street improvements and pedestrian walkways along the perimeter.

Contractors must be registered with the DIR. The County shall not accept any bid nor award any contract without proof of the Design-Builder and subcontractor's current registration to perform the project.
