1. It has the appropriate active Contractor’s License required by the State of California.
2. It is registered with the state Department of Industrial Relations with a valid and active number.
3. All pricing includes CA Prevailing Wages and will participate in certified payroll.
4. Bidder has carefully read and examined the Instructions to Bidders and Contract Documents for the proposed work on this project.
5. Bidder has become familiar with all the conditions related to the proposed work, including availability of labor, materials, and equipment. Bidder hereby offers to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and services necessary to complete the proposed work on this project in accordance with the Contract Documents for the sums quoted if the Contract is awarded to the Bidder. Bidder further agrees that it will not withdraw its bid within 90 days after the Bid Date.
6. Bidder agrees to execute the Subcontract Agreement within 10 days after receipt of Subcontract Agreement with no modifications.
7. Bidder agrees to complete the proposed work in accordance with FLINT’s schedule.
8. Bidder agrees to complete and submit FLINT’s Prequalification via Building Connected prior to issuance of a Subcontract Agreement (reference specification 00 41 01).
9. Subcontractor must have the ability to provide 100% payment and performance bonds for the total subcontracted amount.
10. Subcontractor must be able to meet the insurance requirements as specified in the Subcontract Agreement.
11. Bidder has read the subcontract agreement and agrees to the terms indicated. All deviations from the subcontract agreement will be identified and included with the submission of bid proposal.
12. Bidder Understands any qualifications to the Subcontractor’s Bid Form may result in rejection of the bid. All portions of this bid must be completed and signed before the bid is submitted. Failure to do so may result in the bid being rejected as non-responsive.
