The scope of the Work is summarized as follows:
This contract provides for Bronx and Manhattan Retaining Wall Reconstruction, located at various locations in the Bronx and Manhattan. The scope involves removing the existing wall and replacement with cast in place concrete. Landscaping and pavement restoration in the vicinity of the walls is also included. The site locations are M042 Inwood Hill Park, M043 Isham Park Lower Level, M043 Isham Park Upper Level, M398 Dorothy K. McGowan Memorial Garden, and X004 Bronx River Parkway.


Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM Scheduling, asphalt paving, concrete supply, concrete reinforcement supply and installation, Granite stone supply and installation, fencing supply and installation, Landscaping, Electrical Lighting supply and installation, and Soldier Pile supply and installation.

The Minority Goals are
MBE/WBE: 9%
