Resource Environmental, Inc. is seeking subcontractors and suppliers for the project referenced above. The general scope of work includes selective demolition, abatement, and site work. Potential trades/suppliers include trucking, hazardous waste hauling, equipment rentals, and construction materials.

The District encourages to meet the 3% DVBE participation goal for this project. REI encourages all DVBE subcontractors and suppliers to submit a proposal.

REI is non-union and accepts proposals from both union and non-union contractors. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
