Empire Equipment Service, Inc. is seeking DBE subcontractor quotes for the following categories: Aggregates, Trucking, Asphalt Paving, Pipe Suppliers (CSP), Structural and Site Concrete, Shoring, Electrical, Fence & Gates, Rebar Installation, Sign & Stripe, and Erosion Control. General Scope: In general, this project proposes to widen Gilman Springs Road from 8,920 feet south of Alessandro Boulevard to 5,340 feet south of Bridge Street, a total distance of approximately 4.4 miles, to accommodate a twelve-foot lane in each direction with approximately five-foot graded shoulders, five-foot paved shoulders with rumble strips, a 4-foot wide double yellow striped median with rumble strips, and a passing lane on the north/west direction of approximately 6,900 feet in length.
