Cratus, Inc is requesting quotes from both DBE/SBE (% Participation TBD) and San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro LBE certified firms (14% Participation), for Construction of San Francisco Public Utilities Commission’s WW-743 Geary Boulevard Sewer and Water Improvements Phase 2 project.

The objective of the project is to replace and rehabilitate sewer mains, water mains, and installation of fiber optic conduits along Geary Boulevard from 32nd Ave. to Stanyan Street, in San Francisco, California. The Engineer's Estimate has a range of $44,690,834 to $49,395,132.

Quotes are sought qualified Subcontractors, Suppliers & Haulers for scopes of work, including but not limited to; Traffic Control, Saw-Cutting, Demolition, Excavation & Backfill, Waterline installation, Trenchless Lining (CIPL), Sewer Installation, Concrete Flatwork, Concrete Structures, Grading, Paving, Surveying, Abandonment, Trucking, Other Required Work and Trades. Suppliers are required for Water, Sewer, and Electrical Material & Construction Aggregate.

The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontractor participation requirement for this Contract is 14.00%. The LBE subcontracting requirement can only be met with CMD certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs. Micro and Small-LBE subcontracting participation breakdown:
5.86% MBE; 2.25% WBE; 5.89% OBE.

Additionally, Work to be performed under this contract may be in full or in financed by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund/Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (“CWSRF/WIFIA”). While no DBE Participation goal is currently set, participation from DBE & SBE is strongly encouraged.
