BMY Construction Group, Inc. is soliciting quotes from qualified MBE, DBE, WBE, SBA, WOSB, and HUB-certified suppliers/subcontractors for the following trades, including but not limited to: Architectural Woodwork (Cabinets, Plastic Laminate, and Solid Surface Countertops).
This project has a Buy American Preference.


Subcontractor Bond Requirements: It shall be the responsibility of each subcontractor submitting bids to BMY Construction Group, Inc. ("BMY") to be prepared to submit a faithful performance and payment bond or bonds if so requested by BMY covering 100% of subcontractors' contract amount.
BMY will pay actual bond premium amount up to 2% of the subcontractors' contract amount.
Subcontractors submitting bids will be required to execute a BMY subcontract agreement without modifications upon award. A copy of our subcontract agreement is available for review at BMY's office (5485 E. Olive Ave. Fresno, CA 93727) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Plans and specifications can be viewed at our office or on our online plan room.
