Trades needed include but are not limited to: Site Demolition, Concrete, Steel Decking, Steel Framing, Misc. Metal Fabrications, Insulation, Metal Roof and Wall Panels, Roofing, Flashing & Sealants, Waterproofing, Doors Frames and Hardware, Storefronts, Glazing/Windows, Window Shades, Lath & Plaster, Acoustical, Ceramic Tile, Flooring, Painting, Signage, Fire Protection, Kennel Enclosures, Gates, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Earthwork, Grading, and Paving, Utilities, and Landscape. This project will be subject to prevailing wages. MBE, WBE, DVBE, and other DBE are encouraged to bid.
