Project description:
The rehabilitation work on the existing 24-unit residential building. The rehabilitation scope includes exterior window replacement, exterior painting, and plumbing, framing, and flooring repair in the mechanical room. (The building will be occupied during construction)
Labor requirements:
BBI is signatory to carpenters and laborers and requires that these scopes of work be performed by union carpenters and laborers. prevailing wage, City of Oakland Local Employment Program.
