LEE + RO is seeking certified DBE / MBE / WBE / SBE subconsultants to fulfill the following roles:

1. Wastewater treatment (new construction and rehabilitation)
2. Water and sewer main distribution or transmission improvements/replacement of pipelines (recycled).
3. Water well/booster pump stations
4. Preparation of grading improvement plans (mass, rough and precise).
5. Hydraulic modeling of the water distribution, storm water, and sewer collection systems
6. Evaluations, studies and recommendations related to water wells, reservoirs, water treatment systems, disinfection systems, pressure control systems,
and sewage lift stations, Electrical and industrial control systems evaluations, studies, drawings, documentation and recommendations
7. Legal Description Preparations
8. Grant Writing - Services
9. Environmental/Planning Support
10. Construction Management Support
11. Pavement Management
12. Special Engineering Studies/Reports/Compliance and Investigations
13. Regulatory Compliance with Federal and State and Local Agencies
14. Financial/cash flow analysis- public works programs
15. Sustainable Infrastructure Services
16. Provide Project Management, Construction Management, and Inspection services

Interested firms must send their letter of interest to Claudia Almaraz at Claudia.almaraz@lee-ro.com by 5pm, Wednesday, May 1st, 2024. Once a letter of interest has been received, a request for qualifications and required forms will be issued.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance coverage, public works registration and workers compensation for the entire length of the contract.

General Liability Requirements:

Insurance Services Office (ISO) Form CG 00 01 covering CGL on an “occurrence” basis, including products and completed operations, property damage, bodily injury and personal & advertising injury with limits no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence $2,000,000 aggregate. If a general aggregate limit applies, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to this project/location (ISO CG 25 03 or 25 04) or the general aggregate limit shall be twice the required occurrence limit.

Automobile Liability:

ISO Form Number CA 00 01 covering any auto (Code 1), or if Contractor has no owned autos, covering hired, (Code 8) and nonowned autos (Code 9), with limit no less than $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage.

Workers' Compensation and Employers Liability:

Workers' compensation limits as required by the State of California, with Statutory Limits, and Employer’s Liability Insurance with limit of no less than $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury or disease.

For Workers' Compensation and Employers Liability Coverage, the insurer shall agree to waive all rights of subrogation against IEUA, its officers, officials, employees, volunteers, property owners or engineers under contract to IEUA for losses arising from work performed by the Entity for IEUA. Original Waiver of Subrogation endorsement must be furnished to IEUA.

Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions):

Insurance appropriates to the Consultant’s profession, with limit no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence or claim, $2,000,000 aggregate.
