The District is releasing this Request For Proposals (RFP) to solicit bids from qualified entities to provide technical support in the fields of environmental engineering and planning relating to mobile source emissions, low-emission vehicle and alternative fuel technologies, land use and transportation emission reduction strategies, indirect source emissions, state implementation plan (SIP) development and greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction strategies, the California Environmental Quality Act, and air modeling and tool development.

Please see Attachment #1, “Scope of Services” in the RFP for additional information on services required and the Sample Contract in Public Purchase for sample contract terms and conditions. All responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically using Public Purchase, the District's e-Procurement system, by: 5:00 p.m. PST on Friday, May 24, 2024. All respondents must be registered vendors using Public Purchase in order to submit a proposal.
