E.E. Gilbert Construction is requesting bids from certified DBE, WBE, SBE, DVBE, and MBE Subcontractors and suppliers for traffic control, trucking, drilling, cable railing, midwest guardrail system, rock slope protection, site restoration and hydroseeding, steel soldier piles, and pavement grinding.

The project will generally consist of an 84-ft precast concrete lagging wall with steel soldier piles, new culvert installation, swale gradation, installation of a rip rap apron for the new culvert, pavement grinding, reconstruction of the roadway structural section in the failed area, paving 4" HMA over 8" of class 2 Aggregate Base, and guardrail installation.

Any subcontractor performing work on the job is required to be registered with the Dept. of Industrial Relations. Please take into account when quoting the project: Prevailing Wage Rates, Certified Payroll, and Insurance Requirements.
