FOR THE FOLLOWING SCOPES OF WORK:

Steel Decking

Plans, specifications, and any other pertinent bidding documents will be available electronically on the Building Connected Website the week of May 7, 2024. Contact John Proctor at our office number above to be added to the Building Connected solicitation for the project.

A nonmandatory pre-bid job walk will be made available pending adequate subcontractor interest. Bidders to inform Hensel Phelps of job walk interest no later than May 10, 2024.

Construction is scheduled to begin October 2024.

100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required for amounts over $100,000. Any subcontractor that cannot provide Payment and Performance Bonds for this project can contact our office at 925-494-9700 to discuss available options. Workers’ Compensation and Waiver of Subrogation will be required by all Subcontractors.
