This project is OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The Work of this Contract includes replacement of the existing built-up roofing systems with new single-ply roofing system; repair of concrete roofing materials; scraping and painting steel dunnage equipment supports; provide new roof curbs and transition ducts to the new roof curbs, new exhaust fan units, frames for dunnage beams; maintain and protect rooftop mechanical equipment; provide flashing and counter flashing to mechanical equipment; new roof drains; power feeders and disconnect switches to all new and existing mechanical equipment.

Project scope is inclusive of: Project Photos, CPM Scheduling, Surveying, Asbestos Abatement, Concrete Supply, Masonry Restoration; Furnish and Install: Roofing, Misc. Metals, Glass and Glazing, Doors Frames and Hardware; Plumbing, Painting, HVAC, and Electrical Work.
