The Work of this contract includes Reconstruction of staircase, stone veneer, steps, handrail, masonry wall, shoring, excavation, street pavement, sidewalk, concrete curb, site furniture, slope stabilization, tree removals, planting, and security lighting/electric work.

Project scope is inclusive of: Project Photos, CPM Scheduling, Surveying, Concrete Supply; Furnish and Install: Rebar, Roofing, Misc. Metals; Piling, Landscaping, Stone Work, and Electrical Work.
