This project is to expand from a 4 to a 10 Lane Expressway - including 2 HOV-Special Use Lanes; from 4 to 4 FR Lanes.

Project scope includes Landscaping, Erosion control, Retaining wall, Utilities, MPT, Pavement marking, Electrical, Asphalt Paving, Jack & Bore, Soil Nail Wall, Temporary Wall, Drill shafts, Bridges, etc.
