Project Scope of Work: Project objective is to improve mobility, accessibility and safety for bicyclists and pedestrians along a 3 mile section of Florin Rd between Franklin Blvd and Power Inn Road. By reconstruction medians (narrower) and bus stop pullouts (wider), pavement resurfacing and delineation to provide bike lanes in addition to vehicular lanes, reconstruction sidewalk and ramps at signalized intersection corners, updating pedestrian crosswalk signal heads and push buttons, installing traffic signal video detection and new streetlights.
