Project Details

SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes from Subcontractors, Vendors and Material Providers including all certified DBEs, MBE and WBE, for the following items of work and material, but not limited to; Electrical, Trenching & Shoring, Well & Irrigation Booster Pump Station, Chlorination system, field drainage, precast concrete, metal building, site clearing, grading, excavating & trenching, paving, aggregate materials and trucking for on/off hauling.

Work Includes; installation of recycled water booster pump station, chlorination system; & connect to farm field irrigation system, backflow prevention irrigation wells and field drainage systems; pre-engineered metal maintenance building, install precast concrete control building; replace existing aeration basin equipment.

Wage Requirements are Prevailing Wage for the State of California and DIR www.dir.ca.gov (https://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-works/Prevailing- Wage.html). Each subcontractor must submit proof of current DIR Registration when submitting a quote.

Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project and warranty period.

Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.

DBE's can no longer self-certify, and DBE firms must be certified at bid opening. DBE Firms must provide proof of DBE certification. Certifications will be accepted from the US Environmental Protection OWNER (USEPA); the Small Business Administration (SBA); the Department of Transportation’s State implemented DBE Certification Program (with U.S. citizenship); Tribal, State and Local governments; and independent private organization certifications.
