The UNLV Dental School project is the tenant improvement remodels of three (3) individual areas at the Shadow Lane campus; the Auditorium, the Special Needs Clinic/Business Office and Lobby with associated public spaces. The construction will be phased and the scope includes selective demolition, framing, drywall and MEP to accommodate the new layout. The safety of students and staff is paramount at all times during this project.
