We are looking for demo, rough grading, seal coating, concrete, HVAC, underground utilities, plumbing, fencing, striping, signage, and electrical contractors. The general scope of work is demo of two existing portables, site demo, new concrete paving, new underground utilities, and the installation of two new portables classrooms by American Modular Systems at Vernon Greer ES. This bid requires DVBE efforts.

All subcontractors must have an active registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. All Subcontractors with a Bid greater than $100,000.00 will be required to provide a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond if awarded a subcontract by VCSI. All subcontractors must provide insurance with coverage equal to or greater than those shown on, upon request, VCSI's sample certificate of insurance with VCSI and Galt Joint Unified School District listed as additional insured.
