Project Description:
The intended function of the Station Annex is to provide AirTrain patrons with access to and from grade level for bus service when the AirTrain is not in service. Please note, this is a Work Order that consist of the scope of work listed below.

Scope of work (but is not limited to): excavation, foundations, concrete flatwork; erosion and sediment control, interior building construction, vertical circulation, retaining wall, canopy, maintenance of traffic; roadway construction; plumbing; drainage, pavement markings, traffic signs, and soil disposal.
