Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposals from ALL TRADES.

The project consists of the remodel of existing student restrooms to provide ADA compliance. Replacement of concrete walks as well as doors to meet access compliance. Additionally, fire alarm upgrades at existing buildings and administration building.

This is a Lease-Leaseback project. Skilled-and-Trained Workforce requirements shall apply.

California State Prevailing Wages shall apply.

Sub Bonds will be required for subcontracts over $100,000. Please include your Bond Cost / Bond Rate as a separate line item on your proposal.
