This project shall be administered with an M/WBE Goal: 30%; SDVOB Goal: 6%; PLA - Project Labor Agreement

Existing Conditions: Protection and salvage of historic materials; underground utility locator service; structure demolition; existing structure: temporary shoring and bracing; asbestos abatement; abatement of lead containing materials; abatement of PCB containing caulk-sealant materials. Specialties: Signs. Electrical: Wiring, general 600 volts and under; service grounding and bonding; underground conduit system; transformers pad mounted; switchboards; panel boards; safety switches; fuses. Earthwork: Earthwork; site restoration; maintenance of shoring and underpinning; site clearing; excavation support and protection; selective tree removal and trimming; dewatering; erosion and sediment control.
