KJL is bidding as a prime contractor on the Colchester HES NH(14)C/2 to the Vermont Agency of Transportation on September 13th, 2024 at 11:00 am. KJL is actively seeking and encouraging Certified Vermont Disadvantaged Owned Business Enterprises as well as any other interested subcontractors and/or suppliers, to submit quotes on this project.
