Cannon is seeking qualifications from certified DBE firms to provide the following:

- Acceptance Testing Services to assure that the materials incorporated into the Project are in conformance with the quality assurance requirements outlined in the plans and specifications.

- Labor Compliance Officer to perform administration of the labor compliance to enforce the contract’s provisions and ensure that all labor compliance requirements are performed and documented in the Project file.

- Special Testing & Inspection, such as coatings, materials (including concrete), reinforcing, soils, subgrade, compaction, and welding.

- Funding Compliance with the funding agreement including reporting, facilitating disbursement requests, and any associated required labor compliance.
