The scope of work includes provisions for the escalator skirt lighting power supply, provisions for the utilities for the retail spaces, removal of the existing Dining Concourse and Biltmore Room vestibules, installation and modification of the fire alarm system elements, modifications of doors and access control devices, installation of the CCTV cameras, installation of seismic supports for the ductwork, provision of the water collection and drainage elements, provision of a fire-rated enclosure, and the demolition of the 52nd Street trailer complex.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM scheduling, survey, progress photo & video, testing & inspection services, concrete supply, rebar supply and installation, Furnish & Install aluminum storefront, furnish & install glass/glazing, furnish and install misc. metals, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.

The Minority Goals are
