SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes and proposals from vendors, supplies and subcontractors for but not limited to; SWPPP, Traffic Control, Project & Construction Signs, Clear & Grub of Site, Excavation, Aggregate materials; base, concrete and slurry, Geogrid, Storm Drain Appurtenances, Headwall, Catch Basin, Fire Hydrant, Valves, Manholes, Water Meters, Traffic Thermoplastic Striping, Pavement Markers, Fencing and Trucking.

Work includes: Widen shoulders, drainage upgrades, realign horizontal curve, AC paving & other misc. work along Old Oregon between Paso Robles Dr. & Bear Mountain Rd.

DBEs Goal is 18% and firms must be certified through the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP) database located at https://caltrans.dbesystem.com/

Wage Requirements are Prevailing Wage for the State of California and DIR www.dir.ca.gov (https://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-works/Prevailing- Wage.html).

Each subcontractor must submit proof of current DIR Registration when submitting a quote.

Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project and warranty period.

Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.

DBE's can no longer self-certify, and DBE firms must be certified at bid opening. DBE Firms must provide proof of DBE certification. Certifications will be accepted from California Unified Certification Program (CUCP) database located at https://caltrans.dbesystem.com/
