We are seeking bids for the following:
1. Plumbing: Installing Plumbing fixtures and Plumbing lines.
2. Electrical: New building lighting, receptacles, and electrical panel.
3. Concrete Work
The county has established a goal of 25% CBE participation.
Insurance requirements:
GL Insurance: $1M per occurrence, $2M aggregate, $2M products/completed operations aggregate.
Workers Comp: $1M
Auto: $1M
Project Bid date is 09/10 at 11AM. Please submit all bids prior for review and incorporation.
