This is a solicitation for furnishment of portable buildings with a leasing agreement.
Stage 1 (Phase 1 Base Bid) â€" Design-Assist and Preconstruction Services including design phase coordination, budgeting, value engineering, identification of long-lead time items, and scheduling/sequencing input as necessary to obtain GMP approval by the district.
Stage 2 (Phase 1 Alternate) â€" Construction services. This alternate shall commence upon GMP approval by the District and FLINT’s discretion. This Subcontract Agreement shall be amended by Change Order to authorize the Stage 2 Construction Service as detailed in the Change Order.
