Stalco is submitting a bid to the Town of Oyster Bay for the Interior Improvements at the Town of Oyster Bay Animal Shelter project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE & WBE subcontractors to provide quotes.

This project shall be administered under a Project Labor Agreement & Apprenticeship requirement.

Minority requirement of 15% MBE & 15% WBE

Work to included replacement of dog kennel systems including transfer door and outdoor pens Construction of new dog kennel separation walls Flooring and wall finishes in kennels, cattery & cat visitation spaces Door and hardware replacement Storage room modifications Replacement of rooftop mechanical units. The facility will be in continuous operation during construction. Contractor will schedule and advance work in phases to allow for continuous operation. Base Bid: Demolish and remove from site existing finishes, masonry, concrete, epoxy residue. Demo to include existing radiant heat tubes, wall HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, appliances, dog kennels, partitions, and doors. Safe off existing as and electrical utility disturbed in demolition. Provide labor and material for interior alterations show. Work to include but is not limited to finishes, masonry alterations, scar patching, masonry walls, lintels, carpentry, doors, paint, epoxy work, emergency/exit lighting, new lighting, provide and install all components for the new dog kennel containment work.
