We are seeking quotes for associated trades; SWPPP, Precast Architectural Concrete Walls, CMU, Building Insulation, Roofing, Coatings, HVAC, Electrical, and Fencing & Gates. Work includes equipping of the drilled well, construction of a building to house well piping, electrical and chemical systems, installation of pipelines and connection to the existing water, storm drain and sanitary sewer systems. The work includes supplying well and injection piping and installation of owner provided submersible pump and motor. The work includes Installation of an owner provided motor control center and switchgear. Work also includes associated electrical controls, SCADA integration, and civil improvements, site walls, gates, paving, grading, and fencing.

We will require that all participating companies carry Workers' Compensation & Liability Insurance and be bonded. We will assist with obtaining insurance, bonds or lines of credit. Plans and specs can be viewed at our office or emailed upon request.
