TYLin is preparing a submission for the Project Management Consultant services for the SR 11/Otay Mesa East Port of Entry project for San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG). We are seeking interested disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) certified firms for consultation, research, professional design/engineering, and technical review services for project management services to support TYLin. Services areas include, but are not limited to: geotechnical, traffic, surveying, right-of-way, landscape, project/document controls, utility and/or third party coordination, facilities, cost estimating/scheduling, and planning studies.

The DBE goal for this contract is 22%.
Proposal is due 12/13. Please send responses by 12/4.
