The work includes but is not limited to: demo and abatement, renovations and upgrades to the Main Classroom Bldg the scope of work includes structural seismic upgrades, accessibility and life safety improvements, bldg systems mod, interior renovations, and site improvements as detailed: Structural & foundation work includes; installation structural shearwalls, foundations, micropile foundation system, installation of new collector beams, add bridge support structure, site retaining walls. MEP upgrades; fire alarm and sprinkler system mods for code compliance. Interior includes replace existing kitchen, new elevator, upgrades to existing also. Renovation of cafeteria, restrooms, classrooms, locker replacement, flooring replacement, new painting. Exterior: new roofing, exterior windows.

Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the district has a PLA in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding will be required to comply with the Project Labor Agreement.

Pre-Qualification: All Bidders are hereby notified that this Project is subject to the District's Pre-Qualification Procedure. All GC's and MEP subcontractors must be prequalified in order to bid. All MEP's listed by Bidders in Designated Subcontractor List must be pre-qualified through the District's Pre-Qualification Procedure (C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, C-46).
