DVBE Participation Goal of 3%

Scope of Work including but not limited to:
Removal of existing non-bearing walls, finishes, ceiling systems, and replacement with new, provide new finish materials, provide doors and frames, move MDF from mezzanine to finished floor, remove and replace all low voltage cabling, remove and replace all electrical outlets, remove and replace all interior lighting, and replace mechanical units on roof.

Specifically Looking For (but not limited to):
- Glazing Contractors
- Flooring Contractors
- Door/Frame/Hardware Contractors
- Demo Contractors
- MEP/Low Voltage Contractors
- Structural Steel Contractors
