The Child Nutrition Warehouse project consists of modifying the floor slab to accommodate a new walk-in freezer and refrigerator, installing the walk-in units, and adding a new condenser unit that will be ground-mounted on the exterior to serve the walk-ins. Additionally, there will be minor plumbing work for a floor sink and mop sink, along with all related electrical and fire sprinkler work.

We are seeking quotes from certified DVBE Subcontractors or Material Suppliers for Final Clean, Survey, Caulking and Sealants, Concrete, Structural Steel, Framing, Waterproofing, Lath and Plaster, Insulation, Doors, Overhead Doors, Drywall, Flooring, Painting, Food Service Equipment, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm and Fences and Gates.

The DVBE participation requirement for the project is 3%.
