Project Details

We are looking for Minority and Women Owned Businesses to bid on this project as subcontractors. Trades include hazmat abatement, site demolition, earthwork, striping, concrete paving, landscaping/irrigation, masonry, reinforcing steel, metal fabrications/welding, steel gates, shop fab wood trusses, casework, waterproofing, roofing, insulation, sheet metal, doors/frames/hardware, glazing, metal stud, plaster, ceilings, tiling, elevator, signage, specialties, gypsum board, flooring, painting, plumbing, fire sprinklers, HVAC, and electrical. The work comprises the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete this project as detailed on the plans and in the specifications for this contract. Work to be completed in 270 calendar days.


All contractors must have an active registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. All Subcontractors with a Bid greater than $100,000.00 will be required to provide a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond if awarded a subcontract by VCSI. All subcontractors must provide insurance with coverage equal to or greater than those shown on, upon request, Little Manila Rising's requirements. A certificate of insurance must be issued with VCSI and Little Manila Rising listed as additional insured. Link to Plans and Specs can be viewed here:
