Hydro Resources â€" Mid Continent, Inc is seeking DBE, SBE, and MBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Water Supply Test and Final Production Wells for Buckhorn Rural Water District No. 2. Hydro Resources is seeking quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for conductor hole construction, geophysical logging, video logging, water quality testing, portable bathroom, casing, gravel, grouting, casing welding, well head plumbing, well head slab, cutting and fluid disposal, trenching and backfilling, grading and paving, yard piping and site restoration, fuel or any other aspect as mentioned in the specifications.

This project is to be financed by the ARPA grant program managed by the Oklahoma Water
Resources Board (OWRB) and shall be referred to as Project No. ARP-23-0012-DTG. As such, compliance with Labor Standards Contract Provisions is mandatory. Compliance with the Davis Bacon Act is mandatory if the total project cost exceeds $10,000,000 (ten million dollars). System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all Applicants and Awardees (Entities, Prime Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors) in order to receive funds from the ARPA program. ARPA rules require that applicants and prime contractors make a good faith effort to award a fair share of contracts, subcontracts, and procurements to M/WBEs through demonstration of the six affirmative steps. The contractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex in the performance of this contract. The contractor shall carry out applicable requirements of 40 CFR part 33 in the award and administration of contracts awarded under EPA financial assistance agreements. Failure by the contractor to carry out these requirements is a material breach of this contract which may result in the termination of this contract or other legally available remedies.
