Rados, Inc. in association with Stantec Consulting Services Inc. is seeking disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) firms that are experienced in one or more of the following areas: Geotechnical Services, Permitting Services, Utility Surveying, Traffic Control Planning, and Trenchless/Tunneling Engineering to provide specialized subconsulting services on a project called “Request For Proposals RFP JV-25-001 for Progressive Design-Build Services for the City of Rialto Supplemental Recycled Water Supply” for the Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) a Municipal Water District. Steve P. Rados, Inc. in association with Stantec Consulting Services Inc. is submitting a proposal to provide these services and seeks firms who may be interested in submitting to Steve P. Rados, Inc. Interested firms shall submit the following: Project Experience with the scope item we are requesting you to provide, Fee Schedule DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE Status and Certificates (if applicable), Firm Profile, Key Staff Resumes, Firm logo.

Where applicable, Steve P. Rados Inc. will assist interested DBEs in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, or insurance required by these contract documents.
