Lagan US Aviation & Infrastructure, LLC are seeking qualified DBE/HUB zone firms to bid on the subject project primarily consisting of bituminous milling, hot-mix asphalt paving and reconstruction of airfield electrical works for Runway 16-34. The project also requires installation and removal of silt fence, clearing and grubbing, unclassified/unsuitable excavation and fill, embankment in place, permanent airfield pavement markings, and hydroseeding.

The project is anticipated to start in May/June of 2025 and finish in March/April 2026, depending on add alternates awarded.

The contract is classified as a Heavy Construction contract under the CPA rule and therefore has a HUB Annual Procurement Utilization Goal of 11.2% per fiscal year.

Lagan US Aviation & Infrastructure, LLC require all subcontractors to provide contract insurance coverages in accordance with the project requirements and all subcontractors will be required to provide a payment and performance bond for 100% of the value of the subcontract.
The project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Wage Act for all laborers and mechanics (Davis Bacon Minimum Wage Determination, TX20250037 dated January 03, 2025).
